Meet our Staff
The School and its educators are fully licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts - Early Education and Care (EEC) and the requisite local licensing Boards.
Ms. Marybeth Hogan
Marybeth is Director of Education and a Preschool Teacher at Theophany School. She recently moved from Cape Cod to Walpole with her husband and son. Marybeth earned her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Fitchburg State University and her Master of Education in Learning Disabilities from Rivier University. She has experience teaching children in private and public schools in both the early childhood and special education fields. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, reading, writing children's stories, visiting the Cape, and spending time with her family. She can be reached here!
Ms. Johanna Crowley
Johanna is a Preschool Teacher at Theophany School. She grew up in South Portland, Maine. She attended Wheelock College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Education. She is currently finishing her Master's degree at UMASS Boston. In her spare time, Johanna loves to play tennis, drink tea, and enjoys any type of Middle Eastern food! Ms. Vicky Hamos
Vicky is the Kindergarten teacher at Theophany School. She grew up in Medfield Massachusetts, and recently moved back from spending some time in New York City. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Spanish, which she received from Bridgewater State University. She is licensed to teach grades K-6 and is also certified in Early Education. Vicky attends St. Mark of Ephesus Orthodox Cathedral in Westwood, MA, where she both attended and taught Greek School in the past. In her spare time, Vicky likes to travel and go on adventures. She loves exploring different cultures and has a passion for music (she is currently trying to teach herself violin!). She can be reached by email here!
Ms. Sonia Fitopoulos
Sonia is the Administrative Assistant at Theophany School. She attended Bridgewater State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. She attends St. Mark of Ephesus Orthodox Cathedral in Westwood, where she teaches Greek School and Church School on weekends. In her spare time she loves to enjoy the city, go on hikes and, when New England weather hits, relax with a good book. She can be reached by email here!
